Notice that I have discounted entrees only, which are not the highest profit items on the menu and provide a substantial customer draw.  Drinks represent a restaurant highest profit item and the customer must ask for the discount when paying his bill. Careful analysis of your per meal cost will show that a 25% discount on two entrees will still yield a profitable meal when combined with high profit beverages.

This is a trivial method of attracting patrons to you restaurant, however the next big goal is to give them a reason to tell their friend.  Your Website, Facebook, and Twitter are the answers to this problem.  We are living in the digital age with a large percentage of the population connected and communicating via Facebook and Twitter.
